Licensed PsychologistMinimum Qualifications Candidates must be licensed and currently registered by New York State as a Licensed Psychologist.Duties Description As a Licensed Psychologist, you would supervise and/or provide professional psychological services. In addition to assessment and treatment, your duties may include:Clinical leadership.Program Management.Psychological services requiring expertise in neuropsychology, child and adolescent psychology, sex offense treatment.Forensic or court ordered assessment, treatment and expert testimony.Specialized assessment (functional, personality, risk, competency, vocational, education)Design and application of behavioral technology and other specialized psychological interventions.Crisis intervention.Training.Peer review.Additional Comments • Please note, the posted Salary includes an approved Increased Hiring Rate to Job Rate ($111,111), an approved Geographic Differential of $20,000, and a Downstate Adjustment of $3,087.If you are currently a New York State employee serving in a permanent competitive qualifying title and eligible for a transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law, you may be appointed to this title as a permanent competitive employee.Preference will be given to OPWDD employees impacted by closures.
