Nurse Coordinator: General Adult Inpatient Unit

Sheppard Pratt is expanding with a new General Adult Unit. The Nurse Coordinator will oversee inpatient nursing operations, ensure therapeutic care standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include staff assignment, crisis coordination, documentation, quality improvement, and collaboration with Human Resources for staffing.
