Norton Healthcare is seeking an RN Diabetes Educator to provide diabetes care and education across ambulatory, emergency, and hospital settings. You will assess and educate patients on insulin, glucose meters, sensors, and pumps while addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors with age-appropriate care from infant to geriatric patients.
