Director of Repair & Modernization / Existing Buildings $140,000 - $165,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Employee Ownership Program We are partnering with a nationally recognized consulting firm to identify a Director of Repair & Modernization to lead and grow an established Colorado-based team. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, developing client relationships, driving operational performance, and growing a business unit.
