About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA) with Ideal Home Care Services, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Conducting vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse

• Assisting with medication management and administration, as instructed

• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients

• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
