Temporary

About Sales Fluency Method

Sales Fluency Method helps non-native English-speaking sales professionals strengthen their communication and close more deals with US and UK buyers. We are expanding our coaching team and seeking a dedicated Sales Fluency Coach.

About the Role

As a Sales Fluency Coach, you will work directly with sales representatives to refine their English communication skills in authentic sales scenarios, including calls, objection handling, discovery, negotiation, and follow-up. This specialized coaching position differs from general ESL instruction. You will coach people with established sales expertise, focusing on helping them communicate effectively with US and UK buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions focused on sales-specific English, including tone, clarity, objection handling, and confidence during live calls.
  • Analyze call recordings and provide precise, actionable feedback linked to sales outcomes, beyond basic grammar correction.
  • Tailor coaching strategies to each representative’s industry, product, and current English proficiency.
  • Monitor representatives’ progress and identify needs for additional support or readiness for program completion.
  • Contribute to coaching materials and session structures in collaboration with the SFM team.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, including direct selling and/or coaching or training; experience as a sales trainer or coach is highly advantageous.
  • Certification in teaching English to speakers of other languages (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
  • Strong command of English. Native fluency is not required, but you must be able to model clear, natural, business-level English communication.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional training or business experience.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate coaching sessions.
  • Ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coaching non-native English speakers in sales or business environments.
  • Background in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or outbound sales.
  • Experience working remotely with international clients.

Position Details

  • Type: Contract/Freelance
  • Hours: Variable, based on client load
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour, with potential attendance bonuses
