Our Mediterranean fast casual restaurant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Prep Specialist to help us deliver the delicious dishes our customers love. What You’ll Be Doing As a Food Prep Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assisting the kitchen team with daily prep tasks to meet service demands.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or a similar role.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols (a plus!).
