At Lundgren Subaru of Claremont , we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience while operating with clear, structured processes that set our team up for success.

We’re a fast-paced, customer-focused Subaru dealership with a strong service team, modern tools, and a culture built around accountability, growth, and doing things the right way the first time.

We are currently looking to add one Service Advisor to replace a team member who is moving out of state and will no longer be able to commute here.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Write and manage repair orders (10–15 per day on average)
• Communicate vehicle needs using digital inspection tools and technician videos
• Provide clear, transparent updates throughout the service process
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Follow established processes and workflows consistently

Compensation

• Weekly salary + monthly commission
• Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Work Environment

• 9 technicians and a fully equipped shop
• Tablet-based workflow and digital inspections
• Strong support from management and team leads
• Structured, proven processes that drive success

Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Saturdays required (with a consistent schedule)
