Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to help oversee nursing operations within our facility. This leadership role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
Valid nursing license with experience in nursing administration and management.
Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, home health, hospice care, or acute care environments.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills in nurse management.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and familiarity with MDS documentation processes.
In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, HIPAA regulations, and documentation standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position offers an opportunity for impactful leadership within a supportive environment dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
