Jr Loan Officer / Sales Assistant

The Jr Loan Officer / Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. This position supports senior loan officers with day-to-day tasks. This is a mentorship position on a Sales Team that supports over a thousand Compass Agents in the Austin Metro with exclusive access to Compass branches. Qualifications This is an entry-level sales position with no ceiling for growth Currently licensed or ability to become licensed. Licenses are subject to credit, background check, and NMLS-required education and testing. Required Ability to work on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with a local team. Grit , Charisma , and Accountability Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a professional demeanor. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Proficiency with common office software Plus Marketing, Events, Social Media, and navigating AI tools Previous experience in mortgage, banking, sales support, or a customer-facing financial services role #J-18808-Ljbffr OriginPoint
