Drive approximately 2,900 miles per week. Maintain a 7:2 home time policy, allowing home up to 4 days after a 12‑14 day trip. Use assigned late‑model Peterbilt 579 trucks. Benefits Base pay at 50 cents per mile with paid vacation and holidays. Layover and breakdown pay per incident. Per diem program. Direct deposit paid weekly. Health insurance (BCBS medical, dental/vision, life options). Referral bonus for qualified drivers. Safety bonus of 1 cent per mile for all miles run the previous year. 401(k) with profit sharing. Pet & Rider policies available from Day 1 post orientation. Special military pay policy for veterans with less than one year driving experience. 24/7 dedicated support staff available on the road.
