Conflicts Analyst

Supporting the operations of a leading law firm, the full-time remote Conflicts Analyst will manage the intake of requests, perform conflict searches, and ensure compliance with firm policies while collaborating with attorneys and administrative staff across the West Coast time zone. Key Responsibilities Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results and manage intake requests from attorneys and accounting Perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm policies Assist in the timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp and communicate with legal personnel regarding procedures Required Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment with new business and conflicts experience Experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work with others Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and firm personnel at all levels Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
