Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications. Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
