Who are we seeking:

• The ideal candidate will work directly with the Maintenance Director to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the community maintains compliance to Life Safety requirements providing a safe environment for our residents, family members and team members.
• Knowledge of general labor, repair, panting, and facility maintenance practices
• Preferred experience working a healthcare facility or skilled nursing community.
