Lead LPN: Resident Care in Long-Term Facility
Roosevelt Care Centers
Roosevelt Care Centers is seeking an entry-level nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care in a long-term care facility. Under direction, you will perform direct patient care, administer medications, and support residents through routine treatments, while monitoring their condition and promptly notifying the supervising team of changes. In the absence of a registered nurse, you may serve as a Team Leader on a unit, coordinating care, assisting with rounds, and ensuring safety and quality in #J-18808-Ljbffr Roosevelt Care Centers
