ROLE DESCRIPTION: Lisa Ramlow - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency's reach.
• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
