Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges faced by each patient. \n
- Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual circumstances, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation within our electronic health records system. \n
- Work closely with a diverse team of medical professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to coordinate holistic patient care. \n
- Provide psychoeducation and resources to patients and their families, assisting them in navigating the complexities of mental health and substance use recovery. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on the latest mental health research and treatment modalities. \n
The primary focus of this role will be to work with individuals navigating detoxification from substances, as well as those grappling with co-occurring mental health disorders. The patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds, and presents a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise as an LCSW will play a vital role in helping these individuals overcome obstacles and improve their overall quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Current and valid LCSW license in New Jersey. \n
