Sanctuary Medicinals in Lake Worth, FL is looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) for our cannabis dispensary. The role requires attentive, motivated, and hard‑working individuals. Manager On Duty Responsibilities Assist in developing and training MMTC Associates. Ensure a delightful patient experience through exemplary product knowledge and customer service skills. Open/close the MMTC location as a key-holder. Celebrate and recognize successful moments every day. Help attain location goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections through team motivation. Ensure the shift under supervision adheres to company and industry compliance and regulations. Ensure the location meets company and industry safety and cleanliness standards. Help manage a budget and ensure the location operates within it. Address operational problems that arise and report to the GM/AGM. Ensure customer service levels are consistently excellent. Become familiar and proficient with all other tasks and duties of the Assistant General Manager. Make recommendations to the GM and AGM as required. MOD Requirements Leadership and decision‑making ability. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. Assist associates to provide increased service to customers in response to specific needs and requests. Lead by example as an expert in customer service, cash handling, and product knowledge. Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Additional Requirements Minimum age 21 years. Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
