Delivery Full Time Houston, TX $75,000 - $95,000 USD per year Help turn complex industrial operations into clear, successful client outcomes. VEERUM is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization for clients using VEERUM’s visual operations technology. This role requires strong client relationship skills, practical business judgment, and the ability to translate client objectives into clear delivery plans. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with clients, technical teams, product teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure needs are understood, expectations are managed, and outcomes are delivered. This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands industrial, engineering, oil and gas, capital projects, or another asset-intensive environment and enjoys connecting people, process, technology, and practical execution. What You’ll Be Accountable For Client Delivery & Implementation Lead client delivery activities across implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization. Translate client business objectives into clear delivery requirements, priorities, and action plans. Support successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of VEERUM’s technology. Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes early. Keep delivery work moving forward with clear communication, practical problem-solving, and strong follow-through. Client Relationships Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership levels. Facilitate productive conversations to understand client workflows, business needs, and desired outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly and consistently. Help clients understand how VEERUM’s technology can support better planning, execution, maintenance, and operational decision‑making. Internal Coordination Work closely with product, technical, and client success teams to ensure client needs are understood and delivery work is aligned. Provide clear client context, delivery updates, and practical recommendations to internal teams. Help turn ambiguity into clear next steps. Support strong handoffs, documentation, decision‑making, and follow‑through across the client lifecycle. What We Want to See on Your Resume 2 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas, industrial operations, engineering, capital projects, or a related asset‑intensive industry. Ability to travel to Canada at minimum quarterly (Passport required) Experience working with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders. Experience supporting client delivery, implementation, project coordination, client success, account management, operations, or related work. Exposure to operational workflows, industrial environments, engineering processes, capital projects, or complex asset environments. Experience coordinating work across internal teams and external stakeholders. Additional experience that would be considered a strong asset includes: Software implementation, SaaS, enterprise technology, or industrial technology experience. Experience with digital twins, GIS, BIM, geospatial technology, visualization platforms, or related technologies. Familiarity with integrations, data flows, product development, or technical delivery processes. Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and change requests. Experience using Google Workspace, project management tools, CRM tools, or client‑facing reporting tools. Strong ownership, accountability, and follow‑through. The ability to facilitate productive conversations with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. A calm, solutions‑focused approach when priorities shift, issues arise, or clients need clarity.
