Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them through the transaction process
• Convert pre-set appointments into closed deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and systems
• Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals
• Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently
• Participate in weekly training and team coaching

Qualifications:

• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
• Decisive and proactive in the sales process
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to production
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
