Location: Preschool Program
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
School Year: August 25 – June 14
Hours: 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Preschool Case Manager to support young learners with diverse educational needs. This position combines direct instruction with special education case management, ensuring preschool students receive high-quality, individualized services in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, special education best practices, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary case manager for preschool students receiving special education services.
• Provide direct, individualized and small-group instruction aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support student growth and achievement.
• Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction based on ongoing assessment and data.
• Collaborate with families, general education staff, related service providers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate student progress with families and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all special education procedures, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the developmental, academic, social, and emotional growth of preschool students.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by school administration.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Special Education certification required.
• Strong knowledge of the special education process and compliance with state and federal special education laws and regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for supporting young learners with diverse abilities and creating meaningful educational experiences.
