Previous culinary, restaurant, foodservice, or Guest service experience is a plus, but not required for every position.

Culinary leadership experience is preferred for Sous Chef opportunities.

Your responsibilities will depend on the position you join:

Help lead daily Kitchen operations while supporting food preparation, production, quality standards, food safety, Team Member development, and an exceptional Guest experience.

Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food while following recipes, production standards, sanitation procedures, and food safety guidelines.

Keep the Kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and workspaces while supporting a clean and organized environment.

Create a welcoming experience for our Guests by assisting with food service, order fulfillment, maintaining service areas, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
