Duties Conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Advise on employment policies and practices. Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements. Advise on reductions in force and employee terminations. Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility. Provide comprehensive employment law advice to clients ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies. Requirements 3+ years of employment counseling experience, with international experience preferred. Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred. Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. Immediately transferable skills and flexibility to learn. Education JD from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application. Skills Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to analyze complex legal issues logically. Timely and accurate work product delivery. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
