What You’ll Do Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively Perform sub‑assemblies and multi‑step builds within required timeframes Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production line Read basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill) Identify and report quality or production issues Record measurements and production data accurately Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods Keep work areas clean and organized Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels What We’re Looking For: Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly Basic math skills and ability to take measurements Willingness to learn (training provided) Preferred: Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work Experience using hand tools or power tools Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience Why Work Here $25.13/hr + consistent overtime opportunities 4-day work week – 3-day weekends Paid training and structured onboarding Fast‑moving hiring process Growth into higher‑level production roles Benefits eligibility including medical, dental vision, and 401(k) Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting with active production lines.
