Precast Concrete Laborer – Drive Quality Precast Concrete Manufacturing

Job Overview:

The Opportunity :

You will serve as an essential hands-on crew member, preparing forms, placing steel reinforcement, and finishing high-quality concrete products. This role offers stable, year-round indoor manufacturing work in a supportive, family-owned business where you can grow your skills. You will work directly under large covered facilities, earning a reliable full-week paycheck without worrying about bad weather interrupting your job.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Set up, oil, and adjust forms and void formers to strict specifications before every concrete pour.
• Place and secure rebar, wire mesh, embeds, and hardware according to shop drawings.
• Assist with concrete placement into forms, then screed, float, trowel, and finish surfaces accurately.
• Strip cured concrete products, clean forms, and patch or grind minor surface defects as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, overhead cranes, and forklifts safely under proper supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety standards and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Stamina to work actively in a hot, industrial plant environment for 8+ hours per day.
• Basic ability to read and write, read a tape measure, and interpret technical drawing details.
• Willingness to work overtime regularly and perform hands-on labor in an active facility.
• Strong team attitude, willingness to follow directions, and commitment to daily workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Up to 3 years of experience in concrete manufacturing, construction, or heavy labor.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior hands-on experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
• Must be able to work Overtime (average 10 hours of OT Weekly)
