If you thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment where quality always comes first, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs Project Manager, you'll oversee luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion.Your responsibilities include:Manage multiple custom home projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standardsServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultantsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners throughout constructionMonitor project budgets, contracts, change orders, forecasting, and milestone billingLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersPartner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goalsConduct regular site visits to verify workmanship, safety, and project progressOversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout activitiesIdentify project risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forwardWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in custom residential constructionAt least 5 years of Project Management experienceExperience managing luxury custom homes preferredStrong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skillsProficiency with Procore and construction management software (Procore certification is a plus)Experience using Microsoft ProjectExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWorking knowledge of Florida residential construction, permitting, and building codesValid Florida driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Sarasota areaWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you will:Deliver custom homes on schedule, within budget, and to Nautilus Homes' quality standardsBuild trusted relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partnersAnticipate project challenges and resolve them proactivelyMaintain organized project documentation and financial accuracyContribute to the exceptional client experience that has become synonymous with the Nautilus Homes brandWhy Join Nautilus Homes?Work on nationally recognized luxury custom homesJoin an award-winning, second-generation family-owned companyProfit-sharing opportunities after demonstrated tenureInsurance allowanceSimple IRA with employer matchPaid vacation, holidays, and sick timeCompany vehicle, phone, and computerOngoing leadership development and career growthCollaborative team committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and excellenceHow to ApplyIf you're ready to help build some of Florida's finest custom homes while growing your career with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you.Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your luxury residential construction experience.
