Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Lead Account Manager | Direct Placement | Food, Beverage, and Consumer Goods Manufacturing Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager for their manufacturing plant in Delaware. Key responsibilities include: Leading the Quality and Sanitation Department’s daily operations Implementing and executing quality and food safety programs Lead, coach, and manage a team of 35+ FTE Quality and Sanitation team Coordinating the local HACCP Team and partnering with Corporate Quality and Food Safety Leading all customer, regulatory, and third-party quality and food safety audits Investigating and responding to consumer and customer complaints Managing the non-conformance process Leading validation of all changes in manufacturing process Supporting new product and process trials and launches Being a member of the Plant Leadership Team Owning the budget for lab supplies, labor, general supplies, lab services, and pest control Ensuring compliance with GMP’s, SOPs, Corporate Programs & Training Qualifications: BS Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology or related degree required. 5+ years of Quality Management experience in food manufacturing Experience with sanitation oversight Strong knowledge of FDA/PCQI/SQF/GFSI HACCP certification Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Management Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Food and Beverage Services, and Baked Goods Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
