Join an industry leader in the renewable energy sector as a Senior Metering Project Engineer! In this critical role, youll oversee metering systems for renewable energy projects from concept development through construction and commissioning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on renewable energy infrastructure while working with cutting-edge metering technology.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and organize customer, commercial, and internal metering requirements
Lead cross-functional teams for technical metering document execution
Oversee work of external Metering Engineers of Record
Track and report on project contractual execution and design progress
Ensure metering activities meet project requirements and align with commercial agreements
Interface with engineering, development, business management, and transmission services
Evaluate metering concepts and implement best practices across diverse projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
3+ years of relevant P&C/Substation/Metering Engineering experience
Experience with Schneider Electric ION-8650 meters
Understanding of instrument transformers (CT, PTs, CVTs)
Ability to read protection & control drawings
Knowledge of complex metering systems and overall substation design
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders
Valid drivers license and good driving record
