If you're ready to make a significant impact on digital operations, we want to hear from you.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.Values Alignment: Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
