Program Coordinator - Part Time

Location: 100% onsite at our Main Campus, 3901 Rainbow Blvd., Kansas City, KS

Schedule: Part-time (20–24 hours/week)

In this role, you'll:

• Coordinate weekly educational seminars, including travel, meeting schedules, catering, event promotion, and expense reporting
• Help plan the annual education seminar calendar and maintain CEU records using the EEDS platform
• Schedule meetings for Cancer Center education leadership
• Organize employee appreciation events, Grand Rounds, Grant Rounds, poster forums, and other special events
• Create a monthly publication
• Process invoices, manage budgets, and track event and grant expenses

We're looking for someone with:

• Four years of related experience (education may substitute on a year-for-year basis)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Graphic design experience or knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Healthcare or oncology experience is a plus
