Maintenance Assistant

Description Full Time Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm Welcome to Oak Park Place, where your talents are celebrated, your growth is nurtured, and your work truly matters. We employ passionate individuals that are looking to help us write the next best chapter of our residents' lives! The Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, driving residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned. Requirements Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
- Valid Driver's License
