AI Product Manager

Overview THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ( NO SPONSORSHIP ) Required Experience 5+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading AI/ML or LLM-based products from strategy to launch. Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered features with LLMs, computer vision, or predictive analytics in production environments. Proficiency Prompt engineering and RAG architectures Bias analysis AI lifecycle tools (LangChain, Vector DBs, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability frameworks. Excellent stakeholder communication skills — can translate model outputs and risks into business impact terms. Preferred Qualifications Background in agriculture, poultry, or protein production technology. Experience building AI for real-time decision systems or IoT-enabled environments. Knowledge of supply chain optimization in perishable goods or livestock.
