• Shift: 24-hour shifts, 5-6 per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40-48 hours (based on shifts)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Experience: 1-5 years preferred, delivery experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care in a busy hospital environment
• Manage approximately 13-14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, and clinical settings
• Lead deliveries, with an average of 4-5 per shift; 25% C-sections, majority vaginal
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Work scheduled weekend shifts with holiday pay incentives
• No on-call responsibilities involved

What You Need:

• Required:
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active California medical license or in progress
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses
• Delivery experience (vaginal and C-section)
• Preferred:
• 1-5 years of practice experience
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
