Objetivos Del Puesto

El despacho de productos a clientes recurrentes de producto Gas licuado de Petrleo (LPG). Movimiento de carga.

Funciones Generales

Despacho de producto LPG a clientes recurrentes segn sean asignados. Movimiento de Carga
Preparar facturas / conduces segn los despachos.
Responsable del producto que como inventario se tenga en el camin.
Responsable del buen funcionamiento de la unidad asignada, como tambin de informar de inmediato cualquier desperfecto de la misma.
Responsable de velar cuando se est despachando para que no haya ningn accidente.
La unidad asignada debe estar limpia.

Relacin Con Otros Departamentos

Departamento Finanzas Es de extrema importancia la comunicacin con este Departamento por ser este el que valida la informacin preparada y suministrada. Toda comunicacin ser a travs de Oficial de Contabilidad asignado a tales tareas.

Ventas Puede que necesite dialogar con el ejecutivo de ventas asignado a las cuentas que estn para su atencin.

Habilidades Y Conocimientos

Relaciones interpersonales afables, habilidad para poder explicar claro y difano. Tener la habilidad de servicio al cliente. Organizado, seguir instrucciones.

Conocimiento en programas "Windows Office". Outlook, Entre otros, calculadora, fotocopiadoras, scanner.
