Phlebotomist

Position Phlebotomist at Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, CA. This per‑diem position involves 8‑hour variable shifts. Responsibilities Reporting to the Phlebotomy Coordinator, the Phlebotomist obtains blood and other specimens from patients, transports them to the laboratory, and prepares samples for testing. Required Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License or Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire Practical experience with adults, pediatrics and neonatal phlebotomy.
