SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on Customer Satisfaction Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Stay up to date on all available Factory Training Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications “Fix it right the first time” Communicate directly with the Service Manager about recommended repairs Maintain skill levels Must have a strong sense of urgency Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all candidates will be consideredSERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
