Brand Ambassador

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Level Up USA is looking to hire a full-time Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH.  As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and events, pop-up shops and trade shows across the greater Cincinnati area. This position provides the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally by building interpersonal skills, confidence, leadership skills, and a strong worth ethic. A Day in the Life of a Brand Ambassador

 

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the primary contact for our clients. You start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones. The Brand Ambassador is also responsible for interacting with people and establish rapport easily. Your excellent customer service skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend a lot of time chatting with clients one-on-one. In addition to sales prospecting, you’ll complete sales presentations to help customers understand our clients’ products and services. If you are organized and manage your time effectively in order to achieve individual and team goals, this position will be a great fit for you!

 

Brand Ambassador Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing and branding is a plus
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Able to coordinate well in teams
• Located in Cincinnati, OH
