EMPIRICAL – Brand Advocate part time / freelance The Role Empirical is seeking an entrepreneurial minded, confident, and experienced person to take charge of the Austin, TX market. The Brand Advocate will collaborate with our Head of Sales and our management team to activate the brand in the market and drive sales growth. This Role is a hybrid role tasked with sales and market activations. Responsibilities:
SALES
Identify, acquire, and grow relevant bars, restaurants, retail Win new business in relevant accounts Lead brand presentations and trainings when requiredMARKET ACTIVATIONS
Broaden the awareness of the brand Execute in-store tastings and events Represent Empirical at Consumer and Trade events Required Experience: Sales and marketing experience and/or hospitality industry experience Experience of having managed your own time and calendar Experience in a customer-facing role Menu Development and consultation experience Skills and Character: You are: Self starter, entrepreneurial, driven, personable, outgoing, creative and determined, team player. You are Brilliant at: Relationships, selling, multi-tasking, organization, negotiating, planning and communicating. You Love: Fast paced environments, the world’s best food and drink scenes and being part of a high growth start-up atmosphere.
