This role is essential to our department's success in delivering world-class customer service! Compensation: $17Hourly + commission Who we are looking for:

Bilingual in Spanish and English - is preferred

Job Duties:

Outbound confirmation calls to potential Vivint customers scheduled for Installation

Increase the company's fulfillment by confirming customers' installation date

Troubleshoot account and address customer concerns

Must be able to work out of our Provo Headquarters

Must be available to work Sundays

WORKING CONDITIONS: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
