Survey Party ChiefLocation: Dublin, OHSalary: $70K-$120K Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Survey Party Chief to lead survey teams in the field, ensuring accurate data collection and project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil surveying and will be responsible for overseeing all surveying activities, including setting up equipment and ensuring compliance with project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage survey crews for various projects.Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data using advanced surveying equipment.Prepare and maintain survey documentation and reports.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.Train and mentor junior staff on surveying practices and equipment usage.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the field.QualificationsProven experience as a Survey Party Chief or similar role in civil surveying.Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, including Total Station and GPS.Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
