Non-Medical Caregiver

Caregiver Wanted – Aliso Viejo, CA Are you someone who leads with compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others? We’re looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Aliso Viejo and the surrounding areas, and make a meaningful difference every day. What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Mobility assistance
• Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including:
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Errands
• Transportation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Observe and report any changes in client condition

• Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving)
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Dependable and punctual

Caregiver Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
