Position Overview This position may be eligible for up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus! Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager’s role is to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, including the treatment of patients. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, training current employees, reviewing treatment plans, and being an important part of the community you serve – ultimately enhancing our patients’ health and quality of life. Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist. Current CPR Certification. Compensation Base salary ranges for full‑time (40‑hour) employees: Minimum USD $68,640.00 per year – Maximum USD $116,000.00 per year . Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Base pay is reviewed and typically updated annually and offers are made within the applicable range at the time of hiring.
