Position Overview

The Enterprise Business Systems Analyst serves as the strategic IT liaison across the organization, supporting Property Management, Construction, Commercial Leasing, Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting, Hospitality, and other corporate functions.

Reporting within IT, this role combines business analysis, cross-functional project coordination, enterprise application administration, and responsible use of AI-enabled productivity tools. The analyst translates business needs into actionable requirements, supports the configuration and operation of core platforms, validates delivered solutions, drives projects from conception to completion, uses AI to accelerate documentation, and drives continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with department heads and staff to document current processes, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications.
\n
• Define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables for software implementations, module upgrades, and system integrations from kickoff to rollout.
\n
• Serve as the main IT contact for third-party software vendors and implementation partners, holding them accountable to project timelines, commitments, and service levels.
\n
• Maintain and organize the enterprise backlog of system requests, balancing day-to-day operational urgency with long-term technology goals.
\n
• Build practical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, run functional and regression tests, coordinate business testers, and manage defect fixes before production go-live.
\n
• Define role-based access control (RBAC), monitor ERP health and data integrity, and lead root-cause investigations on complex application issues.
\n
• Use approved AI productivity tools to quickly draft initial process maps, analysis summaries, and project documentation while keeping data secure and verified.
\n
• Create clear user guides, coordinate system rollouts, and lead training sessions to ensure employees adopt new systems with confidence.

What You Need

\n
• Proven track record of taking complex departmental workflows and turning them into clear, actionable requirements and functional specs.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application administration, or IT project management.
\n
• Hands-on experience building UAT test scripts, coordinating user testing, and tracking bugs through resolution.
\n
• Practical experience using MS SQL and Excel for simple data analysis.
\n
• Familiarity using Jira (or similar tools) for tracking projects, backlogs, and service requests.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical limitations in plain, everyday business language.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise software such as MRI Software (PMX), Autodesk, UKG, or hospitality operational systems.
\n
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Power Automate, Power BI, or Azure cloud tools.
\n
• Practical familiarity using responsible AI tools to draft requirements, test cases, or runbooks.
\n
• Nice to have: Industry certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL
