Salary: $18-21 per hour plus incentives
ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for 26 years. We are a growing and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster.

We have a need for entry level and experienced technicians. We are looking for people that want to grow and learn about this industry.
Learn how to identify damage in a structure
Learn how to properly document damage and the progress of restoration
Learn the science of psychrometry and how to properly apply it
Be a part of a team and use great team work
Learn how to properly protect property while working
Learn proper cleaning techniques
Learn proper demolition techniques
Use and learn about the latest equipment for restoration

Qualifications:
Participate in after-hours call rotation
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Must have current drivers license
Must be able to pass background check
Able to follow directions
Must demonstrate care and respect for others property
Dependable
Clean and presentable appearance
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
IICRC certifications
Previous disaster experience
Previous construction experience
Leadership and motivational skills
Strong organizational skills
Bi-lingual
