As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.97 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public at a government aviation location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, and perimeter locations; report unusual conditions, hazards, and security-related concerns according to site procedures. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and authorized access points; verify credentials and direct visitors in accordance with established policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift records, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
