Key Responsibilities:

• Greet candidates and clients warmly and provide a positive experience.

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Assist in matching candidates with suitable opportunities and provide recommendations.

• Process applications, prepare documentation, and manage placement-related requests.

• Maintain accurate records and inventory of active requisitions and candidate pools.

• Keep all parties updated on placement status and timelines.

• Support daily operations and contribute to team efficiency.

• Help maintain organized workspaces and systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated with a solid work ethic.

• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
