About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to play a pivotal role in enhancing and leading its technology capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, security, and evolution of core platforms, infrastructure, and vendor-supported services, ensuring that technology investments align with business priorities and client experience. This strategic executive will work closely with senior leaders to improve operational efficiency, support growth, and drive innovation through scalable systems, data practices, and emerging technologies. Key responsibilities include directing the health and performance of enterprise technology platforms, shaping and executing a technology roadmap, overseeing system administration and platform integrations, and establishing disciplined management practices to minimize disruption and improve reliability. The role also involves partnering with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value technology initiatives, championing opportunities for automation, AI, and process optimization, and collaborating with data stakeholders to enhance reporting consistency and support analytics. The Vice President of Technology will lead vendor and partner relationships, ensure technology project delivery with a focus on quality and business outcomes, and work with security partners to uphold access controls and reduce technology risk. The ideal candidate for this position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, with a deep understanding of enterprise technology, and a strong ability to align technology with business strategy. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The role demands a visionary leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, and a passion for driving technological innovation to achieve business success.
