Embark on a meaningful contract role providing occupational therapy services to elementary students near Marietta, GA. This position is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist seeking a part-time opportunity supporting students in their academic journey while collaborating closely with a passionate educational team.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy to two students in 5th and 6th grades, providing 30 minutes of service each week per student as outlined in their IEPs.
• Assess and address students’ individual needs in fine motor development, sensory processing, and functional school skills.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other staff to develop strategies and accommodations enhancing students’ access to instruction.
• Monitor students’ therapy progress and maintain detailed documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Actively communicate and partner with the school team to ensure comprehensive support.
• Uphold all requirements for service delivery, ensuring compliance with IEPs and applicable regulations.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:

• A valid Georgia Occupational Therapist license and GaPSC Certification (both required).
• Experience working in school settings (preferred).
• Background serving students with disabilities (preferred).
• Ability to provide onsite services only and willingness to complete all required clearance documentation.
