Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with VPK standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Utilize creative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Requirements:

• Florida VPK Teacher Certification required.
• CDA Preferred
• Experience in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Passion for working with young children and their families.
