Junior Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will oversee the end‑to‑end P&L forecasting, validation of preliminary figures and variance analysis needed to support rolling forecast and budget cycle. Your role in our team You will collect, interpret, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities Create accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast Order Intake, Revenue, Operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions You will work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data and ensure accuracy Perform additional financial analyses as requested by management or other departments Your profile You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Proven track record in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and supporting strategic business decisions Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, LucaNet, Picasso) is preferred Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights Proficiency in building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models using Excel or specialized software High level of accuracy in data analysis, report preparation, and forecasting Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools You are able to clearly present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and in writing Capability to identify financial challenges and recommend actionable solutions Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and departments to gather data and support business objectives Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
